*You will be responsible for providing Business Application solutions in the Oracle Applications space. The major responsibilities will include:
Meet regularly with the business to understand the improvement areas.
Partnering with the business to identify areas of process improvement and automation.
Gathering and documenting requirements for process improvements.
Co-ordinate user testing and implementation.
Troubleshoot any issues in the business applications.
Experience and Skills:
3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis and troubleshooting.
Preferable experience in Release 12 version of Oracle E-Business Suite which encompasses process analysis; process design, mapping and re-engineering; troubleshooting and issue resolution; Oracle Application module configuration and use; and test script creation and testing.
Expertise in the Financial modules of Oracle Applications that include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management and General Ledger.
Knowledge of other modules like Inventory, Order Management and Service Contracts will be a plus
Knowledge of Salesforce.com will be a plus
Technical understanding of Oracle will be an added advantage.
Excellent communications skills both oral and written.
Must have strong interpersonal and client-facing skills.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Proven ability to handle multiple complex tasks/issues at one time.
Ability to work under pressure and meet constantly changing timelines.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, or IT-related field required.
