IT-BIM Compliance – up to 125K base + Bonus + RSU’s

My client, a growing and highly successful Life Sciences company in the greater Boston, MA area is seeking the following:

Business partnership and technology expertise
Serve as an IT liaison to the Compliance organization including both domestic and international operations through building, maintaining/fostering a partnership; expected to contribute to developing and implementing business based IT strategies, including operations gap analysis, developing project and technical roadmaps, and partner with IT leadership
Demonstrate strong understanding of Compliance operations and supporting technology, with high-level understanding of how Compliance and Legal relates to other business units
Project management and solution delivery
Ensure solution delivery meets business need and expectation through business requirements and thorough understanding of business drivers and strategy
Participate in defining business needs to translate into process or technology solutions
Work with technical teams to develop technical requirements and solutions
Is accountable for projects throughout entire lifecycle; able to make critical decisions with limited or no input or guidance
Support and business continuity
Be proactive in identifying solutions or opportunities that can help improve business processes across functions
Acts as point of contact for business focused capability questions and understand overall business strategy

Collaborates across multiple functional areas within IT and the business.
Coordinates collaboration across functional areas
Seen as a peer in functional decision making process
Impact and Influence
In collaboration with Compliance, utilizes business knowledge to proactively search for technological solutions
Participates in the creation of overall objectives and long-range goals for Compliance
Effects of decisions are long-lasting and heavily influence the future course of the Compliance organization
Builds and manages peer and senior management – level business relationship through achievement of results, accountable to schedule, and allocation of resources and meeting customer needs
Collaborate/mentor other business analysts in customer relationship building
Decision making and Discretions
Works independently toward goals and objectives of the function
Leads effort to determine objective and approach to assignments
Draws from past experiences, existing relationships, and leverages industry best practices to develop solutions to complex problems requiring a balance of ingenuity, creativity, and innovativeness.
Proactively identifies process improvements and recommends business solutions
Informed decisions are made independently with a high degree of initiative through broad collaboration
Collaborates with others to resolve complex problems and escalated issues
Knowledge

In depth knowledge of Compliance operations
Drives (initiates) and facilitates business requirements gathering process through best practices
Provides solutions to a wide range of difficult problems which are often unique
Solutions are imaginative, thorough, practicable, consistent with functional objectives
Has knowledge of and utilizes software lifecycle methodologies
